To Book

You can book tickets for a course or special event by phone, by post, or in person. Just call the box office on (01256) 321621 between 9.30am and 5.00pm on Mondays to Thursdays, Saturday mornings and also most weekday evenings during term time while classes are running from 5.00pm until 8.00pm. You can purchase tickets for a show in advance or on the night of performance, subject to availability. We accept cash, cheques, Visa, Mastercard and Switch. Please make cheques payable to ‘Fairfields Arts Centre.’ We regret that we cannot accept unpaid reservations for classes, workshops and events, and that all bookings and tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

Concessions

Fairfields wishes to try and make sure that our programme is accessible to people. Concessionary rates are for all our own classes, workshops and performances and apply to learners who meet the following criteria; full time students, under 18’s, persons claiming council tax or housing benefit, job seekers allowance, or those in receipt of income support, Family Working Tax Credit or Disabled Persons Tax Credit income limit £15,575 pa or less with proof of Inland Revenue Award Certificate, or Pensions Credit. (To claim Pensions Credit we need proof of a letter issued by The Pension Service (Part of the Department for Work and Pensions) which states the single or joint weekly income which qualifies for Pension Credit.)

Other concessions are for people who are asylum seekers in receipt of the equivalent of income based benefit (assistance under the terms of the 1999 Immigration and Asylum Act) and their dependants or un-waged persons substantially dependent on people in receipt of the above benefits. One concessionary ticket only per person - ID will be required at point of purchase. Weekly class payers must also pay for dates not attended. Children’s class concessions are based upon parents’ income.
