WELCOME to Fairfields’ new Autumn Programme

We hope you had a super summer holiday! We have some great things for you at Fairfields, your local international arts centre. As well as classes, we have some excellent exhibitions and dance events coming up.

Our New York Connection (with the New York Institute of Dance and Education) kicks of the season in style with a
great dance performance by the Sean McLeod Dance Experience on Sat 13 Sept, and an nice exhibition of dance photography by Mark Andrew, who is the Photographer in Residence at the US National Museum of Dance.

This is followed by two very different exhibitions of work by two artists from Korea, Jongha Park and Sungsil Park.

Jongha Park is a Guest Professor in Fine Art in Beijing, and Sungsil’s plant paintings have also been shown all over the world, including as part of Fairfields’ 'The Womens' Art Show 2006.'

This is followed by The Fairfields Fashion Show, where we show work by some of the newest young fashion
designers, fashion photographers and textile artists, with an accompanying jewellery show by Keiko Tilly.

We are also promoting another of our international dance
programmes - ‘Nritye’ with all kinds of dance, bollywood, kathak, contemporary and more, at Central Studios.

As well as all our regular popular art classes, we have some new classes as well, so we hope there are
somethings you will like !
