Yoga
These sessions are both invigorating and calming. Learn the techniques of this ancient form in a warm and friendly environment. The class is suitable for all abilities. Bring a rug to cover yourself and a mat if you like, or the tutor can provide one, and wear loose clothing. The classes are taught by Sue Martin, and are a gentle form of Yoga.
